Bosch Advanced Ceramics acquired by Sintokogio Group
Bosch Advanced Ceramics is being acquired by the Sintokogio Group.
The company, which has been supported by Bosch Business Innovations GmbH since 2016, specialises in the contact manufacturing of additively manufactured technical ceramics.
Agreements were signed during Formnext this week, and following completion, will see Bosch Advanced Ceramics operating under the name Sinto Advanced Ceramics Europe GmbH.… Read more >
