Automatic mold closing from size 5 upwards. The unit is capable of closing boxless molds of varying sizes fully automatically.

Steps
- Step 1: Drag half is centered of the ‘x’ axis
- Step 2: Drag half is centered of the ‘y’ axis, lifted and placed onto the casting pallet
- Step 3: Cope half is centered of the ‘x’ axis
- Step 4: Cope half is centered of the ‘y’ axis, lifted and rotated through 180 degrees
- Step 5: Cope half is closed onto the Drag half. Precise alignment ensured by use of a floating table
