RPS™ (Replacement Pumping Systems)
The Tinker Omega RPS™ Retrofit Pumping System is the perfect solution for those customers who want to update the resin delivery on their existing mixer without the cost of replacing the entire machine.
The RPS is suitable for use with both batch and continuous mixers, regardless of their age. The RPS uses our standard, mechanically-sealed pumps, or you can specify our magnetically-coupled alternative.
Each RPS includes pumps, motors, air-actuated ball valves and our industry leading variable speed A/C controllers for linear pump speed control. All necessary tubing and fittings are provided for a trouble-free installation.
Flo-Master (Liquid Metering System)
The Flo-=Master system utilizes Coriolis Mass Flow Meters to monitor the flow of resins to your mixer. They communicate the flow rates to the NextGen2™ PLC, which compares them to your desired calibration. It then automatically adjusts pump speeds as needed to maintain the calibration.
Gone are the days of manual pump calibration and wasted materials. Also, gone are any fluctuations due to changes in viscosity or density of the resins.
The system can accommodate multiple resin set points and works with any resin system.
