Installation of Bingham and Taylor’s Third FDNX Mold Handling Line

Sinto America recently completed the installation of Bingham & Taylor’s third FDNX mold handling line. All three systems are integrated with SINTO SMART FOUNDRY® to boost performance and efficiency.

Tarun Jaju, Senior Project Engineering Manager at Bingham and Taylor, commented on the project, “Sinto America has been a turnkey manufacturing organization for various products related to foundry. We own 3 FDNX machines with mold handlings lines for each of the machines. The third mold handling line and feed belt conveyor system was the latest addition to our foundry. These automatic mold handling lines are robust with quality, accuracy, and efficient handling of molds with proper sand compactability which makes the product quality more promising.”
