Memorandum to Customers: COVID-19 Coronavirus and Our Businesses

As we all are aware, the current business situation in North America is very dynamic and difficult to predict at this time.  As an essential supplier and service provider to many of our customers, we wish to assure you that at this time, our essential businesses are open for operation and that we are staffed to meet your needs.

Be advised that we have taken all measures recommended by the CDC to keep our teams safe at all of our operating units and also ensure highest levels of safety for visitors, who comply with our Visitor Safety Policy.  At this point in time, we have no confirmed coronavirus cases with any of our Team Members and we are diligently working to maintain this level of safety at our plants.

We are allowing customer visits with certain procedures in place for safety.

All of our Operating Units have been briefed on social distancing and cleanliness. Our businesses have enacted staggered break periods, teleworking, virtual meetings, teleconferencing and other mitigation measures to ensure the minimization of contact and avoid an unacceptable density of personnel at a given location.  In addition, we have aggressive cleaning regimens in place for our teams in high contact areas, including door handles, faucets and break room surfaces.

Starting today, you will see this note regularly updated as is required with the fluidity of this situation, to keep you informed.  Be assured that we are making any and all efforts to ensure the supply chain is kept intact and maintain our ability to serve your needs.  We appreciate your business and the opportunity to serve you.
