Our parts department is qualified to handle inquiries and other expert advice on a variety of products. Our goal is to process your request as soon as possible.
- Worldwide support to ensure quick and easy part identification and availability.
- Fast turn-around on part orders with emergency same or next day service availability.
- Stock an on-hand inventory, of parts that are subject to wear or normal replacement. Sinto’s spare parts inventory represents an investment of several million dollars to support our customers and minimize downtime.
- Keep an inventory of recommended spare parts and encourage customers to maintain the same level of inventory on their maintenance shelves
- Provide service contracts for preventative maintenance. These allow for regular inspections of the equipment and for future part needs to be anticipated and ordered before
a breakdown occurs. - Seek customer feedback for continued quality improvement.
For equipment manufactured by our sister companies outside North America, the lead times can be greater due to international logistics; therefore, we recommend our customers work even more closely with us to be sure we both have the correct replacement parts on hand. Finally, Sinto offers refurbishing services. In normal operation, many machines are designed so that wear only occurs in areas that can easily be replaced. This means that the customer only has to exchange worn components. In our workshop, we will refurbish or repair worn or defective parts. We also offer reconditioned spare parts on an exchange basis; this is the best value for the customer.
