Organizational Announcement: Chief Financial Officer and Secretary

NEW HIRE ANNOUNCEMENT

Sinto America is excited to announce the addition of Tony Hamasha as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Sinto America. cfo

Tony has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. He earned his Bachelor in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Jordan and a Master of Science in Professional Accountancy as well as a Master of Science in Corporate Finance, from Walsh College.

His most recent position was at Shiloh Industries where he was the Global Director of Controlling & Compliance. There he was responsible for accounting, finance and treasury. Prior to working at Shiloh Industries, Tony worked for Magneti Marelli as the Regional CFO responsible for the Automotive Lighting Group. Prior to working at Magneti Marelli Tony was the Director of Controlling at Faurecia Interior Systems responsible for financial planning, reporting, analysis and accounting.
