- Hot coating process for the production of shell sand
- Sand is heated until pre-set temperature is reached
- All gates are pneumatically operated
- Gas train with flame safety control panel
- Unit is equipped with a fines deflector and threaded stub for insertion of stack temperature control therm-o-couple
- Burner is a flat-flame unit; burner system meets F.M. specifications
- Direct driven burner blower mounted on skid frame (Floor mounted on IG-16 model)
- Complete with necessary controls to tie to electrical control panel to interlock with purge circuit
