Carousel Molding System
For efficient use of space and an alternative to a fast loop, carousels can be supplied for stand alone applications or integrated into semi-automatic molding plants. Station designs with some sizes having options for 8-station design. Pneumatic levelling of push-off stations for smooth transitions and inclined conveyor positioning to keep patterns to the center during rotation.
Compaction Tables
Compaction tables are one of the key components to utilize when the goal is to increase the efficiency and consistency of the molding process. Fast Loop Molding System
For production of molds with varying fill times, a Fast-Loop design may be the best solution for your molding needs. Available in manual or Automated versions with sizes to fit the range of your patterns. Can be integrated with a Rollover/Draw for increased Production and Safety.
Flow Coating
For application of Refractory Mold Coatings. Whether its just a flood-coating sprayer with a fixed Catch Basin or an Automated, offline system with integrated Gantry, we have styles to suit your needs. We can even provide in-line systems to postion the molds for coating and draining before returning to level and sequencing the next mold.
Mold Drying
For Water-based Coatings, we can provide both infrared and forced-air dryers to meet your needs. Designs for both Batch and Continuous operations with sizes to match your mold surface area. IR for smaller, shallower molds and forced air for larger, deeper molds. Various fuel sources and now with electric.
Mold Manipulators
Mold Manipulator models include the E-Series (electric) and H-Series (hydraulic) ‘A-Frame’ style manipulators and our B-Series 'Beam' style mold manipulators. With size ranges and load capacities for all applications (flasked or flask-less). Options for trunion engagement but standard euipment has nail pads for pattern and mold engagement.
Pouring and Cooling

Rollover

Shuttle Molding System
The Shuttle Molding System for automated production of large boxed molds with varying fill times. Provides extra time for set-up or finishing of larger molds without stalling Production. Similar to Fast-Loop but for Larger Mold sizes.
