Th Spartan 3-Series is a medium-speed continuous mixer. Dual doors for easy access and half-moon paddle blades for easier mixing action. Options for Fumes Extraction and comes with our NexGen3 controls.

Pumping Systems
"RPS™ (Replacement Pumping Systems) and Flo-Master (Liquid Metering System)
The Replacement Pumping System can replace your exisitng mixers pumping system while keeping the existing mixer controls. Available for all resin systems and featuring dual-recipe Calibration memory for enhanced operation.
Our Flo-Master Mass-flow Upgrade to our standar pumping systems provides all the self-calibrating and resin addition monitoring your operaion needs. Our Coriolis meters offer 2-digit acuracy and are set-up on a PID loop for constant flow monitoring and adjustment. Deviations outside the target flow are alarmed to call attention to potential problems. Includes recirculating resin flow and mag-coupled pumps for continuous operation."
RFID Pattern Recognition
Automatic control of sand, chemical and vibration recipes using RFID technology. Tags are embeddd in the pattern or pattern board and carry a reference number that relates to a Production Recipe, stored in the system controls. This can include resin details, compactions table operation and force, facing/backing sand control andpath control with our Auto-Path configuration. Includes a radio antenna for reading the tag and software recognition for operator control.

With the need to mix multiple material with your mixer, we have many different options for pneumatic and even our Smart-Gate technology for superior flow control with minimal equipment. Options for different sizes of mixers and the ability to incorporate additives. From Low/High to multiple mixing materials, we have a solution for your needs.
Sand Heaters for Temperature Control
Fluidized-Bed Electric Sand Heaters. For controlling the sand temperature to help maintain resin reaction rates and provide for more consisten production rates for those foundries in colder-weather climates. Sized based on sand flow and temperature rise, the heater features SCR control for improved energy efficiency. A summer-bypass eliminates the need to operate the sand heater fluidization in those warmer months.
