Cooler Classifier 1-30 TPH
The G-Cooler is a fluidized-bed design that incorporates highly-efficient heat transfer to cool the reclaimed sand. Can be provided with or without cooling coils if classification is the goal. Intense fluidization helps classify the fines from the return sand. Integral drop-out chamber and designed to discharge directly into the PV-pneumatic transporter.
GM Combination Shakeout and Reclamation 15-20 TPH

HL ‘High Level’ Combination Shakeout and Reclamation 6-30 TPH
Our HL-Series is an Attrition Mill only without any shakeout capabilities. Sand pieces are loaded into the tub and using our attrition screen system reduces to grain-size. Clamp-on doors for ease of cleanout. Elevated discharge for feeding into pneumatic transport and optional Discharge Fluidization is available.
Inorganic Reclamation

LL ‘Low Level’ Combination Shakeout and Reclamation 6-15 TPH
For Shake-out and Attrition of No-bake Sand Molds. Our Low Level 'LL'-Series of mechanical reclaimers provides the utility of a shake-out deck with the proven attrition screening system to expose your casting and reduce your molds to grain size, all without pits. The sand can then be cooled, classified or just transported back to the mixer or for additional reclamation.
No Bake Core Shooters
For the production of Cores using the same resin as the molds. Can work with a variety of tooling and resin systems, the cors are blown in batches and allowed to cure before being stripped and the tooling returned for another cycle. Integrated batch timers to know when the sand life is exhausted and Recipe sand mixing with optional integrated sand mixer.
Pneumatic Sand Transporter
Dense-phase Pneumatic Sand Transporter. The PV-Series sends the load of sand to a destination before refilling to send the next batch. The transport pipe remains empty for less hanging load. Can transport multiple materials to multiple destinations without contamination. Sized based on throughput and transport line size.
Shakeout Decks
When looking for a Lump Breaker, our Shake-out Decks can handle the higher loads and throughputs while leaving the pieces small enough for reduced load on the attrition mill. Built with vibratory motors or a shaft-driven exciter, these units can handle the largest molds.
