Sinto’s electric cylinders are the smallest and lightest in the industry. In process monitoring of force and position allows users to monitor their assembly and manufacturing process, reduce scrap and control product quality.
The CYAP Series Sinto Servo Cylinder is a compact, electric linear actuator that uses Sinto’s uniquely developed load detect function. Load control accuracy to within 0.5% of the cylinders full load and positional control accuracy to within 0.005mm provides for an exceptionally accurate cylinder.
Equipped with a servo motor integrated load cell and programmable control features, Sinto’s cylinders can execute precision processes such as press fitting, riveting, compressing, and sealing. Plus, because they do not require hydraulic equipment or air compressors, there’s no risk of oil or air leaks, making them great for the environment as well.
