Dental
The dental and prosthodontics market is moving more to 3D printing as a solution for every application. Implant screws, abutments, crowns, and full arch bridges are no exception. Sinto Advanced ceramics is developing the next generation of full zirconia printed prosthesis for the dental market. 3D printing of full technical ceramics like 3Y and 5Y zirconia allows for custom printed shapes without having to mill and machine the parts out of large pucks. Less waste, less mess than machining. These are custom printed solid zirconia parts made by SLA printing and full sintering processes proprietary to Sinto Advanced ceramics. Sinto Advanced ceramics will use your .stl file from your patient to create custom ceramic parts that your lab can colorize, assemble, or further develop into something that is ready for customer use. Let us manage the ceramics side of things while you focus on the prosthesis and final customer support.
Applications:
- Dental Implants (screws)
- Crowns and abutments
- Full arch and bridges
- Veneers

¹In development, coming soon
²Firing of nitrides is not currently available in the US and will need to be done at a different site. We expect this capability by early 2027 in the US.
³Keep in mind that all printer volumes are for the raw printer volume – parts typically shrink by 20-30%, so 100 mm may only be ~82 mm of sintered part
