Another Successful Tight Flask Molding Project in North America

Elmira, MI–  EJ , a leading manufacturer and distributor for infrastructure access products, has partnered once again with Sinto and its affiliated companies Heinrich Wagner Sinto (HWS) of Bad Laasphe, Germany, and Roberts Sinto Corporation of Lansing, MI, completing the installation of its third HWS Tight Flask Molding System in North America.

EJ completed their new greenfield foundry facility in Elmira, Michigan, and production will start in November 2018. The HWS Seiatsu Twin Type ZFA SD 6.5 Tight Flask Molding System was completed and installed, and will be an integral part in their production. The molding line runs at a production rate of 150 MPH with a flask size of 48” x 48” x 11.81” /11.81” (1230 x 1230 x 300/300 mm).

EJ will also be moving their existing HWS EFA-SD 8 Tight Flask molding line purchased in 2008 from their East Jordan plant in the next few months in order to fully produce some of the highest quality infrastructure access products in the world.
