Heat Exchangers and Industrial Applications

Sinto Advanced ceramics has available materials and processes ideal for more complex heat exchangers that can have more surface area in smaller sections then previously possible.  Weather a gyroid and a complex star shape are your preference; we can print unique shapes to improve the fit and function of your heat exchangers.  Alumina is the preferred material for cost effective and high temperature applications for now but more exotic materials like Aluminum Nitride will be available for this application soon.

For industrial heat transfer or thermal protection items we can create shapes custom for the application of your choice.  Creating complex shapes that dissipate heat or that are thermally protective can both be accomplished with printed ceramics.  Sinto Advanced Ceramics USA is your thermal protection expert.
