Batch Mixer
IB-Series Batch Mixer is ideal for wide range of processing applications including mixing, agitating, feeding, blending and coating.
FEATURES:
- Mixing chamber is jacketed for heating or cooling to maintain chamber surfaces at desired level
- Liners are easily replaceable, sectional type 1/2” thick cast Ni-hard steel
- Paddles are adjustable, reversible and replaceable
- Roller-type gate seal is adjustable to keep completely sealed while allowing parts to be easily accessible for servicing
- Extra large, air-operated discharge gate assures rapid, thorough discharge (Hydraulic-operated on IB-75 model)
