DAFM Series
The DAFM series Tight Flask Molding machine is ideal for automatic manufacture of large molds at a moderate molding speed.
DAFM series utilizes the SEIATSU Air-Flow Sand Filling Technology for producing larger molds with high density and uniform hardness.
FEATURES:
- 2-station molding machine with pattern turntable for alternative production of cope and drag molds
- Equipped with flat squeeze plate
- Average maximum mold rate of 80 molds/hour
- Air-flow technology allows for consistent production of highly dimensional & accurate castings
- Suitable for hand packing chills, open top feeder/riser setting, facing sand, inspection and removal of inserts
- Flask handling controlled by hydraulic cylinder or electric motors on roller conveyors
