ZFA Series
The ZFA Series Tight Flask molding line is a fully automatic twin-type molding machine that produces high quality castings at a high production rate. This series is ideal for medium to large size castings.
The ZFA series utilizes SEIATSU Air-Flow Sand Filling Technology for for producing larger molds with high density and uniform hardness.
FEATURES:
- Fully automatic twin-type molding machine for simultaneous production of one cope and one drag mold
- Equipped with flat squeeze plates, elastic squeeze plates or multi-ram presses
- Average maximum mold rate of 250 molds/hr
- Air-flow technology allows for consistent production of highly dimensional & accurate castings
- Molding flask handling by hydraulic cylinder on roller conveyors
- Excellent pattern draw by leveling frame
