Successful FBO-II Molding Install at Técnica Artesanal Mexicana, S. A.

Roberts Sinto de Mexico (RSM) has successfully installed another FBO-II Flaskless Molding Machine. Técnica Artesanal Mexicana, S. A, established in October 1977, purchased their second automated molding machine from Sinto in 2021.

Técnica Artesanal has always had a goal of manufacturing quality casting products and the FBO-II helps them move forward with best achieving this goal. Técnica Artesanal’s main objective is to satisfy their customer’s requirements, through constant improvement, using the latest methods and newest technology.

In July of 2021, team members from Tecnica Artesanal came to Grand Ledge, MI for a run off on their automated molding machine. During the runoff, Jim Wenson presented Sinto Sinto Foundry, running live on the FBO-II. RSM was able to successfully ship and complete the install of the FBO-II on in October 2021.

Tecnica Artesanal’s next goal is to add a new mold handling line and an automatic core setting. Sinto is looking forward to seeing how the new equipment expands Tecnica Artesanal’s capabilities and overall quality.
